The Boparan Restaurant Group is a privately-owned, more-than-25-year-old London-based collection of nine diverse brands that operate at more than 100 sites, alongside a strong franchise business in the U.K. and abroad.

Their current portfolio spans quick-service and fine-dining restaurants, and includes Carluccio's, Cinnamon Collection, Giraffe Restaurants, Ed’s Easy Diner, Fishworks, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and Slim Chickens, among others.

The group’s extensive global franchisee network runs from Auckland, New Zealand, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Malaga, Spain, many U.K. airports and Dubai.

Worldpay has been a long-time payments and acquiring provider for Boparan. Additionally, Nick Smith, commercial director at Boparan, had forged a very strong rapport with his Worldpay relationship manager over the years.
