Unless you live in East Kent, you may not be too familiar with the Sarah Thorne Theatre in Broadstairs, but the names of its patrons will certainly ring a bell or two: Sir David “Poirot” Suchet, “Downton Abbey” creator Julian Fellowes and national treasure Dame Judi Dench.
During weekdays, the theater is home to Kent Council’s adult education classes, but in the evenings and on weekends it transforms into a theater staging everything from community productions to summer rep and an annual panto.

The theater’s online sales are conducted through TicketSource, but phone and in-person sales are managed by the theater’s box office. As a result, the venue needed a partner to provide both compliance help and support for a variety of payment methods.
