All of Active Away's tennis holidays and clinics are led by experienced team leaders who are Lawn Tennis Association Level 4/5 coaches. According to Joshua, the typical Active Away customer views tennis as their main hobby, and tend to be outgoing individuals who are eager to meet new people while improving their skills in that sport.

From Worldpay to a competitor, then back to Worldpay

Joshua mentions that Active Away was a Worldpay customer from 2015 to 2021 through the Travel Trust Association, initially drawn by Worldpay’s attractive rates and reputation as a prominent player in the payments industry. In 2021, however, the organization made a switch to a Worldpay competitor.

"Unfortunately, after we made that change away from Worldpay we found that the service and fees offered and promised to us by that other provider were not as appealing,” he recalls. “Worldpay then reached out to us and conducted a thorough analysis of our expenses and transactions. The combination of a cost-effective package, a tailored solution that fit our needs and a responsive point of contact ultimately brought us back to Worldpay ─ and we couldn’t be happier.”

Joshua describes his set-up experience as seamless.
